Love – Vincent Edward Manda

They do say
Insanity is repeating the same mistakes
Over and over again…
However, science will never tell me why
The colours of the buds of flowers
Are the way they are.

It can never tell me why
In the depths of the darkest sea;
In those impenetrable parts
And inexplicable voids,
Light can be found
In the ugliest, most fascinating
Of fish.

It can take a stab at the how,
But for science the why,
That illusive why
Is in the veritable heart of the Bermuda Triangle.

And speaking honestly,
Religion can do no better

For some mysteries
Are better understood unknown.

his name rhymes with ‘mince’. He’s rarely without a notebook and can usually be found next to the closest bottle of red wine. Previously a writer for The Roehampton Lane Journal.

      • That’s good to hear, strange how that happens with people so far away! Hope you are well, I will be replying to comment about Vampires very soon,. I enjoyed reading that and agree with what you said! I got round to watching The Hunger the other day. Brilliant film!
